As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a Cartographer. To me, being a Cartographer was better than being President of the United States. I hand-sketched my first map of Japan when I was 7 years old. I would meticulously detail the routes of famous Explorers across Canada + the World. I’d squirrel away National Geographic maps like they were gold coins. I’ve always been fascinated by maps + the Explorers who created them. Maps have always communicated a massive amount of information without the need for words. Inspired by The Travels of Marco Polo [The Venetian], Marco Polo Studios was created to help simplify a complex World using Maps + Art.
After 17+ years of creating Map-based Communications Projects for Companies across 30+ Countries, I never get tired of helping Clients bring their Projects to Life. Every Project is another Adventure!
